What is built, what is not, and what it costs

Storefront is early. We build your site for you and host it, and there are things we cannot do yet. Both lists are on this page.

What do I get for free?

A real website, published at a real address, in about a minute. Four pages — home, services, about and contact — written around your trade and your town. You can open it on your phone and send the link to anyone. Nothing is charged and there is no account to make.

What does the $79 actually pay for?

It keeps your site live for 6 months and pays for us to finish it with you. We email you within one business day and ask for your phone number, hours, services and photos. Then we put them on the site ourselves. The 12-Month Plan is $129 and covers the same work for 12 months.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once, for a fixed term, and nothing renews itself. We do not keep your card on file. When the term ends we email you and you decide then.

Can I edit the pages myself?

Not yet, and we would rather say so than pretend. You email us the change — new hours, a new price, a photo from a job — and we publish it, usually the same day, for the whole term. A dashboard where you make changes yourself is being built, but it is not ready.

How long does my free preview stay up?

Fourteen days. If you do not buy a plan, it comes down and you are charged nothing. If you want it back after that, reply to our email and we put it up again in a few minutes.

Will my site show up on Google?

Your pages are built to be found: clean addresses, a title and description on every page, and a sitemap search engines can read. We cannot promise a position, because Google decides that. What we can promise is that nothing on your site stops it being indexed.

Can I use my own domain name?

Not yet. Your site lives at storefront.nanocorp.app followed by your business name, and that address is yours for the whole term. Your own domain is the next thing we are building. If you need it now, email us before you pay and we will tell you honestly where we are.

Can customers pay me through the site?

No. Your site tells people what you do and how to reach you. Taking card payments on your own pages is a planned feature, not a live one.

What if I do not like it?

Reply to any email from us and we send your money back and take the site down. No form to fill in, no questions. Storefront is early and we would rather refund you than argue.

Who is actually doing the work?

A small team, working by email. That is why setup takes a business day rather than a minute, and why you can ask for a change in plain words instead of learning software.

The short version

We build your site, publish it free, and you look at it before you decide. Keeping it is $79 one-time for 6 months, or $129 one-time for 12 months. We set it up with you, by email, within one business day.
